How much does office cleaning cost?
It depends on the size of the office, its layout and how often you need service, a 2,000 square foot professional suite cleaned twice a week and a 20,000 square foot open-plan floor cleaned nightly are completely different jobs. Any company quoting you a firm price without seeing the space is guessing, and that guess usually gets corrected upward later. We do a free walkthrough and give you a fixed written price.
What areas do you serve?
Kitchener and Waterloo. We are deliberately focused on these two cities rather than stretched across the whole region. It is why we can actually be at your building when something needs sorting out.
Do you clean during or after business hours?
After hours, once your office has closed for the day. Cleaning never interrupts your team, and your team never has to work around us. Tell us when your space actually empties and we will fit the schedule to it.
Do you only clean offices?
Offices are our focus, and that is deliberate. It is what we are set up to do well. Alongside the regular clean we offer two add-ons that offices need periodically: deep carpet cleaning, and interior window cleaning. We do not do residential work, and we do not clean the outside of windows.
Do we need to supply cleaning products or equipment?
No. We bring our own equipment and products. If your office has a green cleaning policy or requires specific products, tell us and we will work to it.
How quickly can you start?
Contact us and we will tell you honestly what our schedule looks like. Getting a walkthrough booked is usually quick; the start date depends on the size of the contract and our current commitments.
Is there a long-term contract?
We will discuss a term that suits your office. What matters more than the length is that the scope is written down and the price is fixed, so you know exactly what you are buying and can hold us to it.
